Drink coffee for a longer life

Looks like I should start skipping the croissant soon…

Jeff Gordinier, the author of “The Blue Zones Solution” shared 12 Tips for Living a Longer Life on NY Times, and I have to say that “Tip #1: Drink Coffee” has made today’s morning indulgence taste even better!

It’s actually rather easy to add at least six of the twelve tips to your daily routine. It’s the other six that require some willpower – depending on what your food preferences are of course! I’ve picked up yoga again so that’s #6 sorted, now to tackle “Tip #8: Hold The Butter”!
